I was a little disappointed with a few things. the street noise was quite noticeable even on a higher floor. It was a constant hum. also, the restaurant menu felt limited. the food i ordered was not great. i would have liked more variety and better quality, especially at breakfast.

the check-in was fast. i got my room right away at noon. the rooms are large. the spacious bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. the staff welcomed me every morning with a wide smile. ms. stepanka took care of all my needs. the hotel's location allows quick access to attractions.
I did notice that the tea cups did not fit the saucer. Hot liquids slipped around and required two hands to hold. the teas were not replenished after the room had been serviced. it was a very minor inconvenience, though.

The room was clean. toiletries were of a very good standard. the selection at breakfast covered everything. the egg station was awesome. You could get poached, fried, or omelette made to order.
the height of the tub and shower wall was a full 24' from the floor to the top of the tub. it was fairly awkward lifting my leg up to get in. it was really awkward getting out when you're all wet.
